ALPINE ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC INVESTMENT FROM YELLOW POINT

Delta, BC - Alpine Building Maintenance Inc. (“Alpine”), is pleased to announce the successful completion of a minority investment by Yellow Point Equity Partners V LP ("Yellow Point"). This strategic partnership marks a significant milestone in Alpine's trajectory.
Servicing more than 120 million square feet of office, commercial, and retail space across the country, Alpine's comprehensive cleaning operations support over 400 clients across 1,900 sites. Since its establishment as a family business in 1980, Alpine has remained committed to its core principles of hard work, dedication, quality workmanship, and open communication. These values have propelled Alpine to become the maintenance and cleaning provider of choice in Canada.
