- The City of Surrey contracts Alpine to provided enhanced security janitorial services to its King George RCMP detachment/offices.
August 2009
- Brookfield, Lepage Johnson Controls awards Alpine the Toronto Dominion Bank portfolio for British Columbia, providing daily services to 130 locations throughout the province, with select branches receiving snow removal services.
- Brookfield, Lepage Johnson Controls awards Alpine the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce portfolio for British Columbia, with 155 locations throughout the province receiving daily janitorial services, and with select branches receiving landscaping and snow removal services.
- Alpine receives the International Sanitary Supply Association’s CIMS (Cleaning Industry Management Standard) certification at the highest level, “With Honours”. Alpine becomes the 4th company in Canada to receive this independent certification of operational excellence.
