- Alpine awarded three-year, full-service contract with Ivanhoe Cambridge to provide janitorial and related services to 2 Retail Shopping Centres in British Columbia.
Alpine is pleased to announce it has been awarded a full service contract with Ivanhoe Cambridge to provide Janitorial and Maintenance Services to Oakridge Centre and Guildford Town Centre. Oakridge and Guildford are 2 prestigious shopping centres located in Vancouver and Surrey, British Columbia and encompass both retail and office environments.
Under the terms of the contract, Alpine will be responsible for Janitorial, Floor Care, Food Court Services and Exterior Maintenance for in excess of 2 Million square feet of property with accompanying exterior and underground parkade areas. Alpine will capitalize on it's expertise in managing retail environments to provide best of breed services to Oakridge & Guildford Centres. Alpine plans on significantly expanding its market share in the retail shopping market throughout Western Canada.

- Alpine awarded contract extension with Loblaws Ltd for provision of janitorial services for it's retail/grocery chain in British Columbia.
Alpine has renewed a multi-year, multi million dollar contract extension with Loblaws Ltd , Canada's largest grocery chain retailer. The contract covers comprehensive janitorial services for 4 million square feet of grocery/retail space across BC.
April 2010
- Alpine extends it's service offering to Overwaitea Food Group to include various maintenance services.
OWG has awarded Alpine a contract to provide bundled maintenance services to it's 120 grocery locations across Western Canada. Under the terms of the contract, Alpine will provide buggy and cart repair, high dusting, pressure washing and window washing.

- Planet Organic Health Corp awards Alpine 2 grocery retail outlets in Alberta.
Alpine has landed a multi-year contract with Planet Organic to provide janitorial services to 2 locations in Alberta. Planet Organic Health Corp is a leading provider of natural food and health products with 10 locations across Western Canada.

- SNC Lavalin O&M awards Alpine the RCMP Federal OPN facility in Surrey, with daily service provision by enhanced security personnel.
